I had been backing up my photos but they never actually saved, I guess maybe an internet issue? But I lost every single picture I had of my puppy who recently passed away. I even asked before my old phone was wiped if they could transfer everything to my new phone and I was told yes. Next thing you know everything is gone. They said they were having issues with one of their tablets, maybe it glitched and wiped my phone, I’m not really sure.
