- DAdarr alanizOct 5, 20251.0Ordered home internet, nightmare website experience, buggy, kept kicking me out, 2 hours on phone to get through it. Finally get it ordered for pick up. Told it should be ready in an hour, cool I'll be there in 3 hours. Get my emailed receipt saying ready, go, told by store I haven't even ordered it. Show them the email with confirmation, told to order it again, come back when I get an email confirmation, you know like the one I'm showing them now. Leave, call support, holding for 45 minutes, get a second email with the same confirmation as the first saying it's ready. Finally get it from this store, go home, activation bugs out and won't complete, have to contact support to get resolved. Transferred 3 times, still not activated. I'm just cancelling, the website, support and the store are all garbage.

- QAQ AllenJul 26, 20251.0Went to a Verizon store today and as always nothing got resolved and I left frustrated. An email address of mine is tied to a Verizon account that is not mine. They told me there’s nothing they can do even though I showed them the emails that I’m receiving that show the last few digits of the account number the last four of the phone number They can’t locate the account. They can’t remove my email so I have to continue getting somebody’s emails in reference to account that is not mine so frustrating. I guarantee you AT&T would’ve found the account and remove my email from an account that does not belong to me once again Verizon you have failed Oh, and I’ve also called customer service a few times about it. They’re just as useless.
