The last 4 years, the cellular signal has gotten worse and worse. I had Alejandro call me from this store and said he was my business representative from Verizon. I mentioned that the signal issue is a problem for me as I need internet access for work on a daily and hourly basis. He said he would upgrade my signal at no cost. I told him to do what he needs to do I can get a better signal while standing out in the open on streets in Austin Texas. I had to upgrade phones and was charged full price up front. He said he made a mistake and would correct this. He did not. My bill has doubled every month since this transaction and I will now be porting all my phones and tablets out to T-Mobile or AT&T. Poor customer service, and they have taken a long time customer for granted. I highly recommend you do not do business with these individuals, or this establishment.
