  I had a great experience at Cricket Authorized Retailer in Pflugerville. Gerardo was extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. He is truly an amazing person and the kind of employee every customer hopes to meet. Gerardo is definitely the go-to person at this store, and Cricket is lucky to have someone like him on their team.
