They know nothing, they will promise and you agree with them on something and you get completely different thing from Verizon System. My bill fluctuated constantly for 2 years although I have the highest unlimited plan. I spent hours going back and forth to verizon offices. And particularly this office, where I got the false agreement. Verizon do not inform you about changes on your (not agreed on, false) plan. They remove discounts and promotions without informing you, and you go back to them and they give you credits and they take it back in the next billing cycles. Verizon salespeople are literally the worst salespeople because they will lie and tell you just what you need to hear to buy and stay. Verizon is the worst company, zero transparency, zero consistency and zero customer care. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone. I recently got charged 800$ for 400MB I have not used outside the US, data was running in the background and I had a ticket opened regarding this to show I have called before the travel to get an international plan for the country I was traveling to and found out Verizon roaming does not cover the country. I have not used the line, but Verizon simply replied to the ticket this is a legitimate charge. What is not legitimate? Your entire system is not legitimate. Never AGAIN. Go learn from AT&T salespeople, learn some expertise, and honesty. Learn from AT&T system, some accuracy and consistency. Never AGAIN.
