Excellent customer service! I had a very difficult issue relating to re-setting an old a PIN for my mom and getting her Verizon home phone set up in a different state. I had been working with customer service over the phone (over several days) and they recommended that I go to a local store for assistance. I am so glad I did!
Titus Byrd is extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was able to get my mom, myself, and Verizon customer service on the same page to get everything set up. He truly made the impossible possible! I appreciate his help and kindness. I also enjoyed chatting with the other service representatives in the store, as well.

My daughter had the worst experience ever! Abby was the sales person who was supposed to assist her with upgrading her phone. While my daughter was waiting and I was on the phone to hear the interaction with the sales person. Abby was having sidebar conversations with everyone about ChatGTP, algebra in schools, etc. Never did she thoughtfully or thoroughly acknowledge my daughter or attempt to help! She kept telling her that in order for her to upgrade her phone she had to pay it off. When my daughter tried to explain to her that when she went to another Verizon a week prior that wasn’t the case. So I told my daughter to put Abby on the phone. Soon as she got on the phone she was worthless. I explained that we shouldn’t have to pay off the phone when under her account it says she’s eligible for an upgrade since we paid off 50% or more of the phone. Abby tells me “well let me enlighten you about why she has to pay off the phone” that alone triggered me and I explained again and she said that’s an “online promotion” and not an “in store promotion” and started talking to me like I was slow “let me tell you the difference between the two”. I politely went off on Abby and told my daughter to leave! She went to Verizon in Manvel and got the thoughtful and thorough help she needed without having to pay off her phone. Abby is clearly not into her job, not personable, and clearly needs some serious training. Lastly, it also appeared everyone else in the store was worried about side conversations and never stepped in assist! We won’t be back to this location!!

Extremely Disappointing In-Store Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Integrity
My experience at this Verizon store started off positively with Freddie, who was pleasant and helpful at first. However, things took a turn for the worse shortly after I made changes to my account. In his absence, I was assisted by Abby, who was unfortunately unhelpful, uninformed, and unprofessional. Rather than taking accountability or offering a solution, she blamed Freddie for a promotion that was improperly processed. It's highly unprofessional for one employee to speak negatively about a colleague to a customer.
What’s worse is that I regret handing over my device for trade-in through Abby. She completely mishandled the process. I only discovered later—via a receipt uploaded to my Verizon account—that the trade-in value was issued as a Verizon gift card, and no one from the store ever contacted me about it. This was back on August 22, and to this day, I haven’t heard a word.
Even more alarming: a new line was added to my account without my consent, and Verizon customer service couldn’t even determine who did it. This is a serious breach of trust and shows a complete lack of business integrity.
The store manager seems completely disengaged—sitting among employees, overhearing everything, yet doing nothing to correct the unprofessionalism or mismanagement.
My advice: avoid this location at all costs. If you're looking for promotions or need assistance, you’re far better off calling Verizon customer service directly. I will be switching providers once this mess is resolved.

I think the guy that helped me was Freddie. He was so interested in getting me to switch over from T-Mobile once I was switched over and I had to go in because I needed help. It was like I was a bother to him very unprofessional It seems all he wanted was his commission check after that it’s basically the hell with the customer
