I can honestly say that this was the worst Verizon experience in my 4+ years as a customer regardless of visiting several location within the US. Although I got there about 40 minutes prior to close, I was suggested to leave and do my phone transfer 3 times by different employees. They reinforced each other mentioning that their WiFi is slow. I asked if they had suggested to market management to request a secondary network to prevent customers from having the inconvenience and their response disregarded my suggestion. Instead of assisting me, one of the employees specifically said “I’m sorry to burst your bubble…. but we’re about to close on 15 minutes “ as I was finishing my transfer. It’s disappointing to see this kind of in shop experience after being a loyal client for so long. I hope regional management is able to address my concern with the employees.
