    Very clean and respectful. Got help quickly and efficiently. Very nice and professional. I love best but and they answered any and all questions that were asked and very good. The customer service was beyond exceptional. I would absolutely go back here again. To buy, walk and get ideas of whatever it may be.

    Manager Shawna is incredibly rude and refuses to play her role as a manager. She was annoyed and had an attitude when she was called to assist as we were charged a wrong price. She said she was going to check something and never returned. A manager that’s not only rude to her customers but also her employees is not a manager you want representing your company. At least the employees and cashier were very nice and helpful.

    Muhammed was great. He was very attentive had a lot of information and personable. I thought he was a manager based on how much care he put into his job. I just came to look but after he showed me deals and got me excited about laptops I found I made a purchase. Definitely management material.

    I paid for both the Nest camera and installation, and I clearly explained that a power cable would need to be run. The store assured me this wouldn’t be a problem. Two weeks later, on the scheduled installation day, the Geek Squad technician called to say it wasn’t a Wi-Fi camera and that the installation required a power cable. They rescheduled with another contractor—another two weeks of waiting. A month after my purchase, the new installer arrived only to tell me that they also don’t run power cables. He left the cameras and left. I’ve now wasted over a month, and I still have to return the cameras myself. This has been the worst shopping and installation experience I’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY AT THE PEARLAND LOCATION I will start this by off by saying I’m aware one horrible review doesn’t mean much, but still wanted to share my experience even if it gets lost amongst everything else I purchased a $1400 laptop on 1/19/25 to start the year off for work and felt that i shouldnt skimp or else I’ll just be buying another laptop soon following that. Quality was the priority, and it’s how i make money so a “good” laptop was priority After much research and deliberation, got it and nothing but issues, from blackouts, freezing, lag,etc… Can I assign blame to Best Buy? Probably not, getting a defective laptop probably isn’t their fault. One day it finally kicks the bucket, and the screen goes black, I take it to geek squad on 9/07/25 and since it was under warranty still all good on my end as the customer. I ask the young man multiple times,” hey can I back up my stuff, hey can I backup my stuff” he says yes, I sign a form and I assume everything is good, he says you will get it back in 1-2 weeks and everything will be straight. That most definitely was not reality, and after 5-6 weeks of not having my WORK LAPTOP THAT I MAKE MONEY ON, AND USE TO PUT FOOD ON THE TABLE, they finally just call me and say hey can’t be fixed, but you can get in store credit or a refund. I don’t have much of a choice, but still frustrated because of the over promise and under delivery I say ok, and keep it pushing. Finally I get to the store 10/18/25 after a long day working on a Saturday, and I opt for just getting a full refund due to the frustrations I had. I talk to a rep there, and everything seems cool. Up until when I ask hey can I get my backup that I specifically requested and asked for, than signed for. 6-10 mins pass and than she informs me that, “Hey even though you signed this piece of paper asking for a backup just in case the manufacturer can’t fix, the In-store rep didn’t put in a work form, and made a mistake on his end. So no backup is available, but you still get in-store credit😃” I try to be a reasonable person and politely ask is there anyone else who can help, she asks her manager on lunch, and I get the awesome answer of yeah we could get it back, but you don’t get your refund today and instead have to wait again for an undisclosed amount of time and maybe we can get it back in store and than get the backup. After that you will get your refund😃 I get screwed over as the customer and get nothing but my time wasted and broken promises. And it’s not like I did anything on my end to get screwed over, I asked for a very reasonable service, got promises and than came back to squat , and more time wasted AS THE CUSTOMER. This got me tight man, I would highly advise against coming here, I’m not saying everyone is incompetent or that there are malicious actors here, but trust and believe if they the billion dollar corporation mess up at the store level, you ain’t getting nothing but a crappy sorry, can’t do nothing with that sorry. Got my time, money wasted, and worst of all they’ll probably do it again to someone else. TLDR/Summary: Dont spend money at this location. And if you do choose to buy here, do it at your own risk, because if they mess up only the customer gets affected not them.
