    Purchased a printer and at first glance you barely see any staff around. Then magically a sales staff came out and answered everything I threw at him and helped me make a good printer choice. This is how things should be and in this day and age of Internet shopping. You don't get the same service and a live human being. Love this Best Buy and highly recommend it!

    On a work trip with a flight in 1 day, my brand new (2 months) laptop motherboard fried in the middle of an important, active case. The help desk and store manager were willing to help out and expedite an exchange and transfer of data. Regardless of what the Manager said, the Head Geek was not willing to help, because it meant cutting to the head of the service line, unless I paid for the top service program (almost $200 per year / on a $500 Dell laptop). I had no choice and paid, and had the laptop updated, data transfered, and back in service before closing time. I can see the reasoning, but it still felt like extortion.

    I visited this Best Buy to look for some gaming accessories, but unfortunately I witnessed a very unprofessional situation. An employee was arguing with a customer and at one point gave the customer the middle finger while using vulgar language. As I was leaving the store, I saw the same employee arguing with other staff members as well. It was uncomfortable to witness and did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from a retail environment.

    I was really gonna pre-order the Samsung S 26 ultra but Jules the sales person gave me a great deal for affordable price for a Alternateof Samsung phone and she got me a Google pixel 10a and pixel 3 wristwatch both together for $800 And I’m very happy with her Service
