Understandable, since my phone is still considered new and it would be expensive. I was told when they call me, I'll be able to come in to drop my phone off. There was a bit of confusion the week after I came in; but it was fixed. Luckily, it took only the next day for my phone to be ready. They handled my phone so well that I was very happy with the repair.
