- MPMike P4 days ago1.0We tried calling this location 14 times throughout the day on Friday. We changed it by going in Saturday morning and when we arrived we asked if Diego was available and she said he was off. So we used her and this girl literally doesn't want to do anything to assist but sell the phones. She also said she didn't have two 2026 models but one 2026 and one 2025. I asked if the 2025 would be discounted and she said yes. She also charged us the full amount for the plan on the phones, but I asked why it's not prorated and she said it's their policy. Once the transaction was done, we checked the app and our monthly went up 19.86 higher for the remaining 10 days. The girl said it's for the prorate. She was useless and we left. Do not go here. You will be disappointed. We will try to contact Diego on Monday
