I had to file an FCC complaint and get a verizon executive agent to fix her mess. Be very careful when dealing with her and this store.

Very knowledgeable about anything I asked and was so eager to get me fixed up with a new device. I appreciate him very much and it almost offset the cost of the visit. Please give him a nice Christmas bonus! He is mixed and has wavy hair sorry I don't remember his name but it was Tuesday the 8th I believe.
