They double dip on taxes county & city etc. Customer service is at an all time low. They are not competitive in pricing. You'll be better off going with a different cellphone company, for a cheaper price & unlimited everything. You will pay double the price using Verizon for unlimited anything & its not truly unlimited. The only decent thing I can say about Verizon is they own most of the cell towers so you can get service almost anywhere. <<< keyword "ALMOST". They you're paying for 5G when in the town we live in only has 4G. I only pick up 5G if I'm in the city. So they are robbing us as customer & then tell you, you gotta have 5G with the plan you have. I'm sure Verizon owes me some money from this, paying for 5G but only receiving 4G.
