When I took the phone to the store to trade it in they only gave me $220. When ai asked about it I was told that it had to be “corrected on the back end” and they could not give me a receipt showing that. I went back the next day and was told it WAS corrected and I would see it on my next bill. LIE !!! Still only shows $220 credit. Absolutely trash and liars!!!! I could have sold the phone online for way more than $220.

Do not tell a customer you know exactly how to fix the issue and then when they stop by your store tell them you can't help. The in store customer service is a complete joke.
