I then tried to call customer service and got hung up on and super long wait times. I had given up for the day and received a call from a representative at the location on west county and Kermit hwy. Justin was absolutely fantastic. Isaac was also great. They were both very welcoming and informative. They went the extra mile to help my partner and I walk through the process of transferring and made the upgrade process super simple. I won’t go anywhere else from here on out.
