    Don't ever open a new boxed phone by yourself when instructed over the phone by customer service!! Take it in person to the store and have them open it, because if you do and return the item there's going to be a $50 restock fee. I took the phone back because I was lied that the S25 Galaxy would be free because I opened up a new line. I come to find out when I called Verizon that the phone wasn't free and now I had to pay a monthly fee. I was instructed by the agent to open the phone so that the phone could be activated. Long story short. I wasn't going to pay for a phone that was supposed to of been free. I took it to the nearest store so that they can receive it, cancel it and have it removed off my account. We'll, the Store Manager displayed such arrogance and didn't even show any interest in remedying the situation and persisted that I opened the case and now I have to get the $50 deducted from my credited taxes that I paid upfront. BE CAREFUL NOW! SALES OVER THE PHONE CAN ALSO SCAM YOU! Regardless if it's the Verizon Sales and Customer Service department. I hope someone from their corporate office sees this message and hears the call that took place when the sale was done. Yes, I'm livid and repulsed by the treatment that I received over the phone and in person by the Store Manager.

    I visited the Verizon store seeking assistance because my phone was stuck in SOS mode, leaving me without service for the entire day not being able to contact my children. Despite explaining the situation, BELINDA refused to provide help not only that she was extremely rude & had an attitude. The lack of support & unwillingness to assist was disappointing & unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected basic support & troubleshooting, it was a simple eSIM change. It would’ve taken her 2-3 minutes & I would’ve been on my way. Instead BELINDA directed me to call customer service… with my phone on SOS. How is that possible? It’s not. I can almost guarantee she refused to access my account bc it would affect her numbers. I do not recommend speaking to BELINDA if you go in. She presents herself as friendly & kind, but the interaction come across as dismissive & rude, which made me feel very uncomfortable & unwelcomed. She’s only sweet when you intend to buy.

    Good experience overall! The team was friendly and professional, and I was able to get my phone issues sorted without a long wait. They explained my plan options clearly and helped me quickly activate everything. The only drawback was a bit of a wait during a busy time, but the service quality made it worth it. Would come back again.

    This place has stolen money from me and never reimbursed me like i was promised . This happened more then once when they thought I wasn't looking, Very shady business practice with these guys.
