I responded that I purchased it from my friend. After that a customer service lady came up. After explaining to her that I would like to activate my watch she continued the questioning of “where did you get the watch” and “well if your friend didn’t pay it off we can’t activate it” instead of just checking to see if it was able to be activated. After asking them to just check, to her surprise it was unlocked, paid off, and eligible to be activated. She explained my new bill throughly and that I would have nothing due today! I said I would consider it and left. I’m going to Verizon down the street to activate.
