  ⭐ 1 Star — Very disappointed I went to this Verizon store and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of answering my questions, they gave me attitude and made me feel like I was bothering them just for asking for help. If this is how they treat people, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Verizon needs to do something about the customer service at this location. I do not recommend this store at all.

  I ordered a phone with next-day delivery to be shipped directly to this Verizon store. Despite this, the phone was sent to my residence instead and was not delivered due to the required signature. As a result, I had to wait an additional three days to receive the device because the attempted delivery occurred right before the weekend. I also ordered a NEW smartwatch through the Verizon website. After two weeks of attempting to activate cellular service on my own without success, I visited this Verizon store for assistance. I was informed that the watch’s service was functioning properly, but that the IMEI itself was appearing as stolen. I remained in the store for over an hour and relied on this information; however, the watch's cellular service still would not activate. Later, after spending two hours on the phone with Verizon Customer Service, it was confirmed again that the watch's IMEI was listed as stolen, which made cellular activation impossible. Despite this, the store allowed me to leave with the device knowing that a IMEI flagged as stolen and would not function properly.

  I always come to this specific location. When I went the guy told me they'd have to order my phone and turn my phone in THAT DAY and wait two weeks without a phone .. upgraded my phone myself on the app in under a minute for $40. Guy also told me I couldn't trade my iPhone in for a Google Pixel. I would need to pay off my iPhone to trade in even tho my plan says I can pay 50% & trade early. Sounds like someone wanted to keep my phone and not turn it in.. just a theory.

  Store said I earned a free phone and that I need to call and get a mailing label to return my old phone otherwise I will be charged. I was on the phone all day trying to get a label but it’s like these AI generated replies. No one at home. Only employee there stuck to the script but did not have authority to help. Additionally drove to two stores and still can’t reach supposed department that handles this.
