Ok that’s understandable but she did not explain a single thing and was extremely rude to us. Would never step foot in there again. We ended up going to a different location and they helped us out

She said the price of $0 is only for port in and I told to her that on the ad it said for new line. She added some accessories claiming it was free but I was actually being charged. She said I could go to Walmart if I didn't like the price. I ended up not purchasing anything and left to the Tripp location. I was already upset by this point so I had my husband get off at Tripp and got the phone for free. Take your business to the Tripp location. I know what I'm advising you. Unless you want to pay $300 on a free phone.
