- GSGeorgina SanchezOct 21, 20251.0DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE I went in a couple months ago with my mom because her SD card had stopped working and we needed to purchase a new one and get it activated The front lady I’m guessing the manager was so rude to us because my dad had his name on the line. Ok that’s understandable but she did not explain a single thing and was extremely rude to us. Would never step foot in there again. We ended up going to a different location and they helped us out
- DFDalia FonsecaAug 25, 20251.0Worst customer service. I went to open a new line and asked for the A16. It's free for new lines and the young lady was charging me a ridiculous amount. She said the price of $0 is only for port in and I told to her that on the ad it said for new line. She added some accessories claiming it was free but I was actually being charged. She said I could go to Walmart if I didn't like the price. I ended up not purchasing anything and left to the Tripp location. I was already upset by this point so I had my husband get off at Tripp and got the phone for free. Take your business to the Tripp location. I know what I'm advising you. Unless you want to pay $300 on a free phone.
