It is Best Buy, selection is pretty good. Prices are ok, be sure to shop around a little. Nice floor layout and attentive staff.

Went into Beat Buy after finding some ear buds on sale from the manufactures web site. Per store management they do not honor manufacture pricing. They consider that whole sale. I explained it was JBL retail store pricing. But they declined. Went over to midland and explained the same and was honored the pricing from the manufacture. Difference of $30

Dom in in Odessa claims to be a manager but has no clue where items are located and no people skills. He’s asked a question and looked at me and turned his head and started talking to a young man about his haircut. I walked off and started hollering across the store at me and then told the young man I was impatient and mouthed several things. He hollered at me again while everyone was staring and I turned and said I would find it myself!!! He kept mouthing off and I returned fire about him smack talking as I walked away. He then starts following me hollering to everyone that he’s the manager and they wint serve me. He kept mouthing and moving toward me until it almost got physical. He had several of the Best Buy employees telling him to stop and step back. Dad store management.

I usually avoid leaving bad reviews since I also work in sales and understand how things can get, but this experience was unacceptable. It’s December, a busy month when you’d expect Best Buy to be prepared with enough associates—yet it felt like only five people were working the entire store. We were in the camera section for almost 40 minutes with no greeting, no acknowledgment, and zero assistance.
As you know, anything locked up—like cameras—requires an associate, but we couldn’t get help at all. We asked about three different employees for assistance, and not one helped us. One associate with colored hair was particularly rude; he told us he was “busy doing stock,” yet later we saw him casually drinking a soda and hanging out.
We don’t want to judge the work environment, but the lack of customer service was unacceptable. We only had time to go late at night, and standing around with no help was extremely frustrating. If you have the option, I recommend visiting a different Best Buy location.
