I went there to get my hard drives formatted for which they charged 100$ and I had to wait whole day just to hear that they don't have SOS to SATA converter. When I dropped off my drives I told them if they need converter I have it let me give it to you but they said no problem we have it. And turns out they don't. Even after they realize they didn't gave me any update and they told me when I went there check upon them.
Sales service was good but geek squad not okay.

everything nice and decently priced, most of the workers are respectful too. but i did go in to ask about a new ipad, but when i went up to the middle desk and just the employees that were there looked at me and then just walk away. igz real customer service is always best when shopping online…

We had the geek squad come to the house and install our new TV with wall mount on brick. These guys did a great job. It was Arturo,Raul and Miguel. They took their time and made sure everything was just right before leaving. I would highly recommend these gentlemen for any install. Best Buy is lucky to have guys like these men working for them. Thanks again guys

Customer Pick-up should be for customer pick-up ONLY! Not customer service. People do customer pick-up for convenience. But that convenience goes away when multiple people are stuck waiting cause they decide to do a customer service issue in the wrong line. What should’ve been 5 minutes tops in and out took instead 20 minutes!
