  Very rude manager I think she is was on the a phone the whole time was cussing at us the whole time very unprofessional I think she needs to be reevaluated for her position

  Very very bad experience I only went in to get another SIM card and the lady with the short hair and puffy lips was super rude and refused to help and was forcing me to buy a phone when I already had one Do not waste your time coming to this store very unprofessional and if you really want great service go to the cricket in the west side of Odessa the lady over there got me what I needed thanks to her I did not have to waste unnecessary money

  I love coming to this store!! Rosa does amazing and always help me with my phone needs and accessories. I highly recommend this location better than any other in all the Permian basin!!!! She is awesome 👏

Rosa handled everything smoothly and made sure all my questions were answered. Her positive attitude and strong leadership really stand out. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile to create a welcoming and efficient environment. I would definitely recommend this place because of her excellent management!

  La manejadora no nos ayudo nos dijo k el celular no servia y fuimos a otra locación y ahí si nos ayudaron nesecitan cambiar de manejadora otras personas dicen k siempre se porta mal y no kiere ayudar
