Went in and we luckily got Jasmine and she was the BEST! She helped us with so many issues on our account and with
phones/watches above and beyond! So patient, polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We ended up being there for hours and she made the process an actual pleasant experience. Impressed beyond 5 stars!!

I had the most terrible experience with an agent who could not speak clearly but rather was speaking really fast and didn’t even care to help me understand what he was saying clearly, anyways he basically didn’t want to sell me the iPhone 17 with a trade in offer. I never been treated like this from Verizon … I hope they talk to the agent because he provided horrible service! So disgusted 🤢

Extremely disappointed with both Verizon’s service and in-store customer support.
My phone constantly goes into SOS mode, meaning I have no cellular signal most of the time even though I’ve already gone through two replacement devices. The issue clearly isn't the phone it’s the poor network coverage, but the store keeps pushing upgrades instead of addressing the actual problem.
What’s even more frustrating is the unprofessional behavior at the store. The last time I came in with a concern about my phone line, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with the security guard (short, black hair, glasses light skin , than actually helping customers. I came in for support, not to watch a flirting social hour with the security guard.
Customers should not be upsold or ignored. We deserve actual solutions not distractions, dismissals, or empty suggestions to "just get a new phone."
