- JBJohn BedfordJul 5, 20231.0The techs are great but the customer service with geek squad is terrible. No call no shows for appts and having to schedule multiple appointments to complete simple projects. Communication is little to none with customer service and very hard to understand because of the language barrier. This is now the third appt needed for a soundbar and two outdoor speakers that were pre-wired.
- GGGacha_Mellon24Feb 13, 20231.0I got my phone fixed here a little over a year ago and only 7-8 months after getting it fixed my screen started to come off and they say it takes an hour but I just got my screen fixed somewhere else and they said it should only take abt 15 minutes if you know how to do it right
