    The absolute worst experience ever. Got told a screen protector would fit so he put it on and when I was walking out there were still bubbles to which he replied with that it’s just going to be like that. Then when I tried to refund he said I couldn’t get a refund and I had to contact the company. Overall very unprofessional and was watching a tv show with the lights off when I walked in. I recommend not going here if you can avoid it. If I could give it zero stars I would. Good luck with dealing with the terrible customer service if you do end up going. :)

    I stopped into the Verizon store about 45 minutes before closing to trade in my iPhone, and Marcell was fantastic. He never made me feel rushed. Both he and his teammate were super helpful. He helped me choose the right phone, he upgraded my home internet box, and made sure I received every available promotion — including a new TV! Marcell was personable, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. He even stayed past closing so I could walk out with everything fully set up, and told his co-worker to head home when it was closing time, while he stayed. He also explained the contract clearly and let me know I have 30 days to return the old phone and try out the new internet gateway. On top of all that, he shared a sweet photo of his family — he was such a kind, genuine person and provided great service. Highly recommend asking for Marcell when you visit this location.
