Not only did he multitask several customers at the Same time (he made it look so easy), he also went above and beyond and made a huge difference to me! He fixed my technical issue so quickly—but he took the time to educate me with such patience and he showed me such a respect! A rare find in someone as young and capable in this day and age. Very charming!! The kicker! Tyler asked if I had a few minutes to discuss my bill. He noticed a few ways that I could change to cut my monthly costs — I trust this man completely. No one had ever offered to do this for me, and sometimes this small offer can be a game changer when you’re on a tight budget. I cannot extend my gratitude enough or recommend Tyler more. Thank you, Tyler! You treated me like a friend, made me laugh, and never pressured me at all.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about Verizon promotions and device offerings. The new iphone in the color I preferred was not in stock and they said it could take up to 10 days to arrive. They reached out and let me know that it arrived in 5 days! I was pretty surprised and excited to get a new device set up since mine was slowly failing and becoming less dependable. I appreciate how accessible they are and the level of service they provide.
