Is was impossible to reach a "live" associate after many attempts. I had to go to a Verizon store for help. Even they had difficulty contacting someone for help. I cancelled my service with Verizon and started service with ATT. The difference in service was night and day. When I got home I googled ratings for Verizon. Financially, they are in trouble. The report said they will be selling about 200 of their Corporate Stores to get all these employees off their payroll. I could say more, but you get my Drift.... My advice? If you see a Verizon Store, RUN RUN RUN AWAY....

When one of the customers came to the door to try to open it the guy opened the door halfway and said we will be open in 10 minutes. It’s so crazy how corporate offices have become so less concerned about their customers! I have been a loyal customer for 20 years in all services but after today we will be taking our services somewhere else. We should not be treated like trash and disregard your customers time! Do better corporate!

This type of customer service is pathetic. Also, the deals in store are usually nowhere near as good as the ones online. I got screwed on trade in value because of it. Just a heads up to anyone needing VZ services. Go online.
