  Nightmare! The New Braunfels Verizon store convinced us to switch our entire family from another carrier under a promo that would pay off our old devices in late October 2025 with gift cards totaling our balance of our devices. ($977). We were told 4-6 weeks to receive. We gave them our old devices for a trade in as discussed, and no promos were ever received. Its now mid-February. I've made multiple calls to Verizon and spent countless hours of my time trying to get this resolved. All communication ends with being promised that the rebates are on their way. What a joke. Now we are sitting with an overdue bill that is about to go into collections because we aren't able to pay it right now. Side note, I called the New Braunfels Verizon store where we got the devices as well for help on this. They told me there is really nothing they can do but sit on a three way call if we go in to the store.

  This was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Frank and Ed were professional, very approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. They listened to what I needed, explained my options without any pressure and made the entire process smooth and pleasant. Huge thanks to this team—Verizon is lucky to have them!

  We were promised a $1,000 trade-in promotion in-store, but it was removed without warning after they processed a device buyout. When we returned to the store to resolve the issue, the staff and manager refused to review account notes and claimed a ticket had been submitted, yet no ticket appears on our Verizon account. Be careful with promotions here.

  Scammers. Fifteen Year cell 🐕‍🦺 customer with a $350. account credit when they cut off my service for "non payment" of my bill. Is was impossible to reach a "live" associate after many attempts. I had to go to a Verizon store for help. Even they had difficulty contacting someone for help. I cancelled my service with Verizon and started service with ATT. The difference in service was night and day. When I got home I googled ratings for Verizon. Financially, they are in trouble. The report said they will be selling about 200 of their Corporate Stores to get all these employees off their payroll. I could say more, but you get my Drift.... My advice? If you see a Verizon Store, RUN RUN RUN AWAY....

  Very crazy to have opening hours and not open your doors at the time tha is posted. When one of the customers came to the door to try to open it the guy opened the door halfway and said we will be open in 10 minutes. It’s so crazy how corporate offices have become so less concerned about their customers! I have been a loyal customer for 20 years in all services but after today we will be taking our services somewhere else. We should not be treated like trash and disregard your customers time! Do better corporate!
