This might not be a problem specific to the New Braunfels location. I was in the store a couple hours ago and believe I left a personal item behind. I have tried calling to speak with somebody who works there to ask before I drive the thirty minutes to go back.
I’ve been talking to robots or outsourced help only and can’t get on the phone with an in/store employee there to ask a SIMPLE question. I was just in the store and the employees AREN’T BUSY.
I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Everyone here is so helpful. Always happy greetings at the door and they point you right where you need to go. Always love shopping there and really love ordering online and picking up in store. Definitely a great shopping experience always.

Ordered a tv from this location advertised as open box: EXCELLENT. One can only assume this would be 99.9% brand new due to said advertising. I travelled 300+ miles just to pick up the preordered tv, because it was the only location listed as in stock. I called ahead to ask for measurements of the box & was happy to know it would fit perfectly. However upon arrival, that was not the case. The tv was NOT IN the correct packaging. I thought this was the only issue but still managed to make it work. When I arrived home, to my surprise & worse case scenario, the tv was in fact missing ALL hardware! Including the stands & remote! This is absolutely unacceptable! Again you advertised this particular tv as Open but EXCELLENT condition! How exactly is that excellent?? After multiple attempts at calling the store, which was absolutely no help, I finally received the corporate complaint number which also was ZERO HELP! This was an immense inconvenience & I should receive some sort of compensation for wasting my time & money.

Bought a 77" TV and was told during the sale that they would unbox and assemble it at delivery. None of that happened. Delivery drivers dropped it in our living room and left and of course no one at the store can provide assistance. Once they get your money they just don't care anymore. This was our first and last experience buying from Best Buy. Unimpressed by their business approach and feel the lack any real integrity or interest in seeing to that you as a customer are satisfied.
