They told me that there's nothing they could do and I just needed to buy a new phone. So I went to T-MOBILE and they told me if I would have had them then they would have replaced it because it wasn't anything I did to the phone. They have manufacturer warrantys on all phones. Cricket doesn't or at least that's what they told me.
