Destiny was my service rep. I bought a new phone, a new watch and she explained and took care of everything. I have bought a watch and a phone from her before in previous years and her service is still excellent better than any of the Verizon stores that I have attended.

No sign on door saying it’s closed. Ring doorbell. No answer. Wait 10min, employee showed up. Great, I walk in, need a new line. He needs some of my information and I give it to him. He tells me he can help me after he’s done inventory, which will take an hour.
Doesn’t the customer come first, this is ridiculous. Not coming back to the store for sure absolutely despicable.
