Awesome experience in Mineola as well. Everyone there is so friendly and spoke to us right away when we walked into the store and each one of them thanked us as we were leaving. Tim is the rep who handled our purchases and he is very knowledgeable. He took time to show us some features on the new phones even though they were quite busy. There are a lot of places that could take a lesson on how little effort it takes to simply say “Thank you”. The folks at Russell Cellular Verizon Mineola are the best. Thank you for being in Mineola.
- KNK NOct 5, 20253.0Recommend avoiding this Verizon store. I was given incorrect information on three different things when I was there. The two reps who helped me either blatantly lied to me, or are very incompetent wrt their products and procedures. Either way, it resulted in me purchasing a phone that does not meet my needs and also loosing some of my photos. Additionally, they have a low inventory of phones at the store and will pressure you to purchase a phone they do have in stock. Update to this review: when I went back, the manager worked with me to the max extent possible to fix the issues and concerns that I had. Because of the good manager, I am adding two stars to my review.
- RDReverent DoveSep 24, 20255.0I looked up a new cellphone and wanted a Samsung S25 ultra. I contacted Verizon in Mineola Texas and talked to Jennifer Street. When I got there she greeted me by my name. She was exceptional at asking me what product I wanted. Then she got it and explained the product to me. She did very excellent at explaining step by step at setting the phone up. She also made sure I understood the process and how to use it. She made sure that I was protected in the future with my phone, with the screen, and my charger. When I left I felt confident I had everything I needed and she allowed me to contact her in the future if I had problems with any products. I highly recommend Verizon and Jennifer Street to anyone that needs a phone. Thank you Joseph.
