I tried to get a phone via the online for pickup but did you know that they can reserve phones, have them listed as “in store” but refuse to serve your online service request for pickup bc they “prioritize walk-ins” :| I had to cancel my order bc it would’ve had to been shipped and I went in instead and I was given a promotion deal when I did it online where the phone was free (monthly credit installments) and there was going to be a waived activation charge. When I went in person I asked about being given the same deal as promoted to me online and he said “we don’t do that” and the told me id have to go call customer support for that, and then gave me his card with his number/email if they couldn’t help me. I was side eyed and told I was “very conservative” for declining their extras they try to sell with ever phone (they get commission for it) and I had to pay the activation at the very end. I called customer support and they could only reimburse me half of the activation fee and I tried to call/email the man that had given me his card only to be met with a full voicemail inbox and no response to my email. My biggest issue is not being able to get what was intended for me to get, I don’t understand promotion something that cannot be followed thru. Only come here if you have service needs, find a phone elsewhere

Guy signed me up for a bunch of stuff I did not need or ask for and signed the contracts with a line. I was unaware until I got home and checked my email and had a bunch of added stuff and copies of “contracts” signed with a line. Absolutely ridiculous!

Thank goodness I came in and read the comments and saw that the mistreatment by many of the women who serve you is widespread, not just me. Today, November 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM, we were mistreated by a vicious woman who works there. She was rude, racist, despite her Indian roots, and tried to kick us out of the store just because she wanted to leave early, even though the store was open. Everything she did was wrong. She didn't want to accept a Verizon phone because I had already taken an iPhone 17 and had to return it. She didn't want to. But the question is, why do they allow this kind of person to continue working there, mistreating the public? Right now, after eight years, I want to switch to AT&T because of this woman's mistreatment. Enough of this mistreatment in Midland! This town doesn't seem like it belongs in the United States.esa foto es para que sepan quién me atendió hora 5 pm del día 11/26/25 fue muy grosera basta ya de rasismo
