I explained my situation that I wasn’t able to install a fresh version of windows and that the computer would randomly blue screen with a mention of potential hardware damage. The man on the counter said that it shouldn’t be a hardware issue since it is only a one year old computer, but I still said that it would be good to check. The total was 199.99 and with taxes it was around 215 dollars. All I got was a new install of windows and a antivirus called Webroot. I was furious so I decided to do a system checkup myself since I still got blue screens when I downloaded Valorant (a game). I decided to do a windows memory diagnostic and the first thing that comes up was “Hardware problems were detected”. To this day I am trying to fix this computer and I am infuriated that I wasted 215 dollars on a “Total Tech Support” that couldn’t even detect a hardware issue that I even mentioned when giving a proper description. I know better now and I wish I could get a refund since they didn’t fix my issue at all... I am not sure how the refund system will treat me but I will try to communicate this as calm as I possibly can. TLDR: Bad service, they assume things from previous knowledge, and they don’t do a full check up for your pc.
