I explained that I planned to switch the phone over to my wife very soon. Was told that after a month, the phone may be switched over to Verizon. Bought the nearly thousand dollar phone/service. Went back in, he said that it had to be 6 months of continuous service. Then his associate stated that it's a year. He lacks knowledge in his current role. I had been a previous cricket customer for several years prior to this event. Will never consider using them again.
