    I hate leaving negative reviews but this store is absolutely terrible. The staff is completely incompetent, I had items returned without notice, and the geek squad was absolutely useless. Will never return to Best Buy and I will be cancelling my company’s membership here.

    I came in on the 12th of February I was being helped by a guy named Joel. I ordered my stuff and asked that every thing be delivered to my house on the 17th of February. Mind you I told him I just closed on a house and was moving in on that date and found out I needed a fridge and a washer and dryer. I instead bought 2 fridges 1 for inside and 1 for the garage. I also bought a washer and dryer with pedestals. The total came out to $4703.00. After it was done I clarified that it would be delivered by the 17th of February. He assured me saying it would be delivered between 7 am and 7 pm they will call or text you with a 4 hr window then call you for 45 minutes ahead. I told him thank you. Fast forward to that day I waited the whole day. It was about 230 I placed a food delivery having it scheduled for 7pm delivery to my door as I was waiting on the fridges. Thinking I was going to get them well the groceries arrived way earlier than expected I then called best buy and found out Joel scheduled them for March 17th from the get go. I was livid I now had $500 worth of groceries sitting on my floor going to room temp. I flew over to best buy confronted him and asked him why he set it for that day he then said I could've sworn I confirmed the day. I told him I don't care about washer and dryer that I need a fridge. He told me let me see what I can do to fix it.he ran to back and found out they had a kitchen aid fridge that had gotten canceled I asked if I could use it till mine was delivered his manager then said no because then it would be used . I explained my groceries then got told the best they could do was give me a mini fridge in the mean time I explained I was willing to buy the kitchen aid for half price and return it or offered them to cancel the other fridge and I'd be willing to keep the other one, onto of the big lg i had ordered the manager got mad and said no its 3k. I explained I didn't mess it up. He said he was unwilling to give me the fridge or sell it to me so I told them to cancel my order I was so upset that they offered no solution except mini fridge I even told them I'd pay for the kitchen aid and then turn around and would get a truck and move it myself. THIS BEST BUY HAS REALLY BAD PROVLEM SOLVING SKILLS HERES THE OTHER KICKER IM A TOTAL PRIME MEMBER. NOW IM THINKING OF SWITCHING TO LOWES P.S I LOST ALL GROCERIES THATS ALOT OF MONEY

    We went in recently to purchase a new security system. A young sales associate named BELLA came up to us to ask if we needed help. She went over the system we were interested in. She answered all our questions, was polite, she was interested in us being her customer in that moment. This was the very best experience we ever had at Best Buy ever. I hope the store knows they have a jewel in her. She made our day!!!

    The most awkward experience I've ever had. I was interested in upgrading my phone, but wanted to see about possibly trading in my phone. After looking at the phones for about 10 mins, I realized there is no one around to help me. There is one gentleman helping out a couple and that's it. So I go looking for a worker. I see two girls laughing looking at one of their phones. I see "verizon" on one of their shirts and the other was wearing a best buy sweater. I then ask "oh do you work at Verizon?" She gave me the most confused look. She said "yeahhhh?" I said "can you help me?" She looked at the other girl and said "can you help her?" The other girl looked soooo inconvenienced, and said "what do you need help with?" I tell her, she then proceeds to tell me with the most urgency to end the conversation "oh we don't do that here, you will have to do that at a corporate verizon". I don't know if it was because it was a Friday, at 7pm, but I have never experienced such poor customer service. They were more concerned about getting back to what they were watching on their phone, then making a sell.

    I initially came in for a Geek Squad appointment regarding an issue with my phone. During that visit, the technician told me there was a $99 diagnostic fee showing on the repair but also clearly stated that I was not supposed to be charged that fee and that he would take care of it. After that visit, there was confusion on my end due to mixed messaging, and communication could have been clearer about the status of the repair and the fee. After escalation, the team did reach back out, fixed my phone, and ultimately the $99 fee was waived. While the process took a few days from the initial Geek Squad visit to final resolution, they did follow through and resolve the issue. Not a perfect experience, but I appreciate that they made it right in the end.
