I left my grandfather’s name as a reference, and when he called back to see who it was, they disclosed my private account information to him without my consent. He was told the exact amount of money I had borrowed, which completely shocked me. This is a serious violation of my privacy. On top of that, they left a letter sitting on my front porch instead of mailing it properly. Extremely unprofessional, invasive, and unacceptable behavior. Entering onto my property without permission is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will not tolerate it. This should never happen! I would not recommend doing business with this company or its branch manager, Christina Clary.
