Ryan was amazing. I went in planning to get the regular iPhone 17 Pro because I never choose the Max models. Ryan took the time to explain that the operating system is now refined for the larger screen and that the experience feels smoother and more useful than before. He also asked one simple question that made everything click. I told him I was about to take a family trip to Orlando to visit the theme parks and that my cloud storage was already maxed out. He recommended going with the 2TB so I would have plenty of room for photos and videos.
I am so glad I took his advice. The larger screen and the extra storage have been perfect especially with the optical zoom on this phone. Thank you Ryan for the thoughtful guidance and great service. Highly recommend.

I decided to leave t mobile and Ryan made this process easy and painless. I had ptsd from the last time I ported my lines at Costco but with his help I was in n out with new phones and great service. If you need a great service ask for Ryan he was amazing.
