If the phone service compares anything to how his customer service was, Verizon will have a long time customer out of us. He easily got us to transfer after being with T-Mobile for 9 years! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

I honestly cant say Ive ever experienced this bad of service anywhere Ive ever been. I’m not sure if it was pure laziness or what it was, but this experience was unacceptable at the least. I asked for a manager and he yelled at me no, etc.
