Daniel helped us and was so personable and beyond helpful. He did his best to accommodate us in any way he could while transferring our service from T-Mobile. If the phone service compares anything to how his customer service was, Verizon will have a long time customer out of us. He easily got us to transfer after being with T-Mobile for 9 years! If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Terrible experience, the guy that approached us was rude and dishonest. It caused me to leave the company in the end. I honestly cant say Ive ever experienced this bad of service anywhere Ive ever been. I’m not sure if it was pure laziness or what it was, but this experience was unacceptable at the least. I asked for a manager and he yelled at me no, etc.
