  Horrible customer service… I called asking about a phone and the lady kept insisting that I should come up there I was 15 minutes away and told her that I need y’all to be absolutely positive that they have the phone. She told me she did what they fail to mention was that I would not be able to finance the phone that I wanted I went to another location. They told me I was able to finance the specific phone that I wanted however, I would have to wait for them to mail and the phone. I needed a new phone same day absolutely ridiculous that I wasted that much time for no reason and no clear communication.
