  i had broke my phone and it's a requirement since i work on an app, so i was already frustrated coming from another cricket that couldnt help me and as i was preparing to ask the day off tommorow, Maria was able to help me out with a 2nd phone i had & she activated it which saved me some money in my pocket. I am grateful to her and the company for having such a patient, active employee. She is very enthusiastic and thorough with her job. I recommend hiring more people like her.

  AT&T is too expensive. Cricket uses AT&T infrastructure at a fraction of the cost.

  This place is awesome, the customer service here provided by Alma and her manager Kevin is A1. After coming from another store who had lazy employees, who didn't want to help me at all. I came to this store, where not only did they help me, but made me feel at ease. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.
