  I've been to this place a few times and have yet to be disappointed. The last time I walked in I thought it was going to be a long wait due to how busy the place was, but I found what I needed and mistakenly thought it was locked in a drawer. I went looking for an associate and found one pretty quickly. He dropped what he was doing, grabbed what I needed, and checked me out. I was there for less than 15 minutes. The place is clean and service was immaculate.

  On Feb.20 (pokemon day) multiple people were used ghost chairs to hold spots for the ascended hero’s drop, some even admitted leaving chairs the night before and showing up before opening and intimidating other people in line who express their opinions about them leaving ghost chairs. and once the doors were about to open, all the people who left ghost chairs saved spots for people who were not present in the line, adding 10+ people to the front of the line. i express my concern to a greeter and he came off as dismissive and unconcerned. i wish management would enforce stricter rules like other stores during drops, to keep it safe and fair.

  I went there because I believed there was IKEA and I was disappointed to find just a small place inside the store with the name IKEA and just some kitchen stuff. If wanted something must order with them. False advertising

  I am very disappointed in the service i received from the Geek Squad at Best Buy in Mesquite. I took an IPad keyboard in to see why it was not working and never had worked. The guy was no help. He acted like he did not know what he was doing. He was very rude and did not offer any suggestions on how I might fix my keyboard.He was sarcastic and laughed at me. He could have suggested that we try replacing the battery or call Logitech or something. I admit that I should have brought it in sooner. I have had been busy and have not had the time. After this, I will not be taking anything to the Mesquite Geek Squad again. I had spoken to a Geek Squad member at the Best Buy in Garland. He tried to help me but did not have the right tools. He recommended I take it back to Mesquite. I really appreciated his help,

  Went to Geek Squad to get data transferred from old laptop to new laptop. Didn't realize I had to leave devices and return at a later date to pick up. Live too far, too inconvenient. Just didnt want to drive back. Extra time and gas almost $4 gallon. Just ordered disc. I'll do it myself.
