Went in about an hr before closing girls were busy helping other customers. She explained that it would take about an hr to set up the ppl she was helping when I told her I would be back another day she said she would stay late to help me get my new phone even if it was after closing time. Very patient and answered all of our questions about the new phone planes. Julissa and Bri thanks a lot.
