My husband worked with her when she was helping out (on her day off) at the Coppell store and we drove from Lewisville to this store to see her specifically. Not only did she save us money on our plans and help us with all our questions, she also found a 3 year mistake on our bill that we didn't even know was charging us for services we can't get! She then spent time talking with 3 different people to get everything straightened out and get us a refund even when it became a challenge. She knows her stuff!! She is also the best at caring for and working with her customers. She treats everyone the way she would want to be treated as a consumer and went above and beyond to help us out. We will drive to any store she is at next time we need help with our Verizon account and merchandise needs in the future. We have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years and never met anyone so helpful and kind as Kortnie. This girl deserves a raise and a promotion!! We will go where ever she is from now on to get her awesome help!! Highly recommend her and this location when she is there.
