Adam and Jaelyn were some of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with. Not only were their sales skills excellent, but their customer support was outstanding. I was very upset and annoyed at first, but they calmly assisted me and completely turned the experience around. They both deserve a raise ASAP.

I ordered a phone through their website, which stated that it would be ready for in-store pickup within two hours. I waited nearly seven hours and then contacted customer service. The representative told me the order was ready and instructed me to go to the store for pickup.
When I arrived at the store as instructed, the staff member was not attentive. He took my details and said it would take about ten minutes for the locker to open. We went back to our car and returned after ten minutes. At that point, he took our details again and informed us that all orders for the day had already been fulfilled and there was nothing left. He then asked us to contact customer service to move the order to a different store.
Verizon customer care was the worst experience I have ever had. I spent 7–8 hours repeatedly explaining my situation to multiple representatives without any resolution. Eventually, my order was canceled with the reason given that I did not pick it up. When I contacted customer service again, I was told instead that the order was canceled because the phone was out of stock.
There was a trade-in offer running from December 19 to December 22. After my order was canceled, the offer was no longer available, leaving me stranded. I spent several more hours speaking with customer service, and no one seemed to know how to resolve the issue. In the end, they agreed to match the original offer.
