After the last shipment was returned to Verizon after 20 days of Verizon not fixing their issue. Verizon had me go to the El Dorado store to pick up the phone, but they did not have it in stock. Zachary, who went out of his way to fix the situation, called Chris at this location to save the phone and I would drive the 30+ minutes to pick up the phone I ordered 12/27. Once there, I was told I would need to pay for it again as it should have been refunded to me days ago. This store tried to take the sale from El Dorado instead of just having the phone on the order I had already paid for. Deceptive sales practices and after 20+ years of being a Verizon customer, I will not move forward with them when this contact ends.
