What we all thought just wiping my cell phone was going to be an easy fix, it became an ongoing nightmare, but Abraham refused to give up. He helped fix my phone. He deserves any and all recognition that the Geek Squad can and should recognized him for. Do you want to be treated as important? You go and asked for Abraham's assistance! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

No one will help me re order part at their main line (call center in Philippines), geek squad rep wont answer phone. Best buy has gone in the TOILET! You will not be in business much longer like this guys. NFM, amazon, ANYONE has better service than you. Best buy is the next blockbuster.
