- EEEarlOct 1, 20254.0Door was locked & clerk was inside. No sign on door to notify customers. I waited in the heat for 20+ minutes before I was acknowledged & door unlocked. Once inside it was much better.

I felt unseen and disrespected. And then directed me to BestBuy and knew “for a fact” they had the product I needed, BestBuy did not offer me anything but advice that my method should have worked and not have gotten cussed out. The Cricket store was closed and locked up for the day during business hours and when I called, no one picked up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable and repulsive manner.
