  Brought in a tv I had purchased one week prior because it was defective and they couldn’t do an exchange and price match the sales price I bought it at. Also, at the entrance when walking in there was a strong smell of pot then as I was leaving there was a group of people in the parking lot walking around soliciting for money as customers left the store. I would suggest to stay away from this location and honestly I will never step foot in a Best Buy again and will make my purchases elsewhere.

  Kinda sad and dark store. No one to help without going to service desk. They referred to looking at items online and purchasing.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. I went in to purchase a health monitor Ring, which was locked, so I asked a customer service associate for assistance. I approached him (black guy, tall, wearing meta glasses) politely, but he initially responded “no” and laughed, which I assumed was a joke. When he eventually helped me and walked me through the payment screen (since I had forgotten my Best Buy credit card), he became impatient and raised his voice when I got confused about which options to select. His tone felt aggressive and unprofessional more like being yelled at than assisted. I came in ready to make a purchase and simply needed help. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when assisting customers with purchases. I hope management addresses this, as it made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

  Jacob deserves a positive review. Nothing but pure professionalism and great manners. Having my own employees, I train them to be just like he was with me. Jacob deserves a promotion. I’ve dealt with him multiple times and he is solid. Worth more than 5 stars, if you don’t promote him at least get him a cape! He’s a SuperEmloyee!

  I was trying to price match with Walmart, and best buy has a policy to match both online and instore prices, and the manager here said that we don't match online only items. I asked to show the policy, I think it's not correct, and you're making this up, in which they said rudely, we cannot show you anything. The other guy said, you go ahead, I will deal with this guy in a threatening way. This is insane behavior.
