    I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, professional, and welcoming. Marco was the representative who helped me, and he did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options without rushing or trying to upsell unnecessarily. He made sure everything was set up correctly and answered all of my questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. One thing that’s especially important to me is transparency when it comes to future phone bills. As we all know, this is a common issue where customers are told one price and end up paying WAY more later. Marco did a great job explaining what to expect on my bill and setting clear expectations, which I really appreciated. Overall, this store is well run, the staff is professional, and the service was top-tier. If you’re visiting this Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for Marco. Five-star experience all around. Let's Go Verizon!!

    Not a great customers they tell u thing bill turns out to totally different Sales ppl there just there for commission As long as they are gettin that they are okay. Always thought Verizon is 1 of the best company But moving to some other company asap They will tell some perks are included and bill be there this much when bill a lot extra charges and perks are discounted Things ppl and companies do for commissions
