Instead of resolving the issue, the staff assigned me a SIM card linked to a completely different number that wasn’t even on my account, locking me out of my Verizon services entirely. Despite assurances from staff that my original number would be restored, I have not had access to either of my lines for over five months. Multiple follow-ups—calls, chats, and return store visits—have resulted in constant runaround. Store employees keep telling me to call Verizon, while phone agents insist I come back to the store. My critical business and personal communications were completely disrupted, I was forced to pay for T-Mobile just to have a phone, and I continued to be billed by Verizon for lines I couldn't use. To this day, I remain locked out of my account with no meaningful help from this location. This mishandling has severely impacted my business, personal life, and finances. I am also concerned about potential impact on my credit, even though I’ve continued to pay for services I haven’t received. My experience at this store has been the most frustrating and distressing customer service ordeal I’ve ever had. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works to correct them for future customers

The sales person had no follow up with my mom and left my mom without any service and a charge. She needed help with receiving a refund and Sal Bautista was an incredible help in solving moms problem. Sal went above and beyond with customer service. So thank you to him!
