They said it would be a $30 fee to help with transfers, despite the fact that the transfer failed and both phones were frozen, and also they could not see me because from 8-9am it was appointment only. My phone had been locked up, nowhere online said it was an appointment only timeframe. There were several employees standing around the store not assisting customers. I went back home and ended up using my husbands phone to talk with customer service for 2 more hours to get the issue resolved. I would be willing to guess if someone in store looked at my phone in person, it would’ve taken significantly less time. Unfortunately they wouldn’t even talk to me about the issue I was seeing to consider helping. I’m not sure I see the point of a physical store existing if they’re going to be so helpless

I saw no Take-A-Number device so that I could get in line. There is no line! I think the best way to get help is to show up first thing in the morning when they open the doors. Looks like management/corporate is trying to run the place as cheaply as possible with as few employees as possible.
