I said no she isn’t she is dealing with someone that doesn’t even know what he is looking for. After a few words back and forth he approached me and put his device down and asked me if we were going to have a problem. I felt threatened and I called McAllen P D. To file a police report.

The manager treated me like crap my phone was going bad and when I asked for help he said the way I can help is if you upgrade otherwise if you want your phone replaced you need to go home and call customer service for that here at the store we can not help. That made me feel like crap so I will be switching providers soon
