They let you sit there forever, then when it’s finally your turn they suddenly claim it’s “too late” and tell you to leave your phone all day because they “don’t do same-day service.” Why even offer appointments if you’re not going to honor them? The runaround, the excuses, and the total lack of respect for customers’ time is unbelievable. If you value your time, avoid Geek Squad completely.

Then decides it is damaged and refuses to change his mind even with objective data. I am not sure if they get compensation but they will charge you despite apple care. He claims my phone is bent and demands physical damage payment. Here is the picture be the judge yourself.
