- FHFeedYour HeadFeb 27, 20241.0Have been waiting for my switch over 2 months I returned it cause it had some damage and still haven’t received a call or email regarding my switch.I’ve visited my local Best Buy and they always tell me the manager will contact me it’s been over 2 months and still nothing I don’t know what to do anymore when I call the geek squad number they just bounce me around and end up telling me they can’t do anything to go to my local Best Buy but I’ve been there and I still can’t get an update on my device and yes I did have insurance.
