  They returned my laptop to me unrepaired, claiming it was fixed. This took about a month, with no communication, no reliable information, my laptop was lost for a hot second until they tracked it down. Horrible service by the company, would not recommend getting devices fixed by this company. Unreliable, and completely untruthful as to what the process of my order and laptop condition.

  Don't bring your electronics here! These guys wiped my hard drive with years of photos, videos and documents without giving me any notice! Ohh, and charged me over $130.00 for doing the worst thing possible! I'd give them ZERO Stars if I could!
