Unfortunately, my experience at this location was completely unacceptable. I stood in the store for over 25 minutes and received zero assistance. I tried to be patient, assuming staff might be busy, but as I looked around, there were multiple employees standing around doing nothing and actively avoiding eye contact with me.
I walked the entire store looking for help and even asked directly, only to be brushed off and told someone would come assist me—no one ever did. I was ready to purchase a new TV and an Oura Ring, but the lack of basic customer service made that impossible.
I ended up leaving and going to the Best Buy on Jackson Road, where I was helped immediately upon walking in. The difference was night and day. This location seriously needs to address its customer service issues.

Very bad service today when I went to pick up
a watch I bought. Tried to trade in my old watch and the associates knew nothing on how to support me with the trade in. The associate kept leaving me to go help others when there was another associate there to help others. She took so long that I couldn’t finish doing my trade in because I had to go pick up my son from the bus stop. I ended up not even doing the trade in. Very disappointed with the service. This is a first for me at this store. Their associates need more training.

I came to purchase a camera and Karmen was extremely helpful and patient with me. She made the experience enjoyable and didn’t mind that I was asking a million questions!! 10/10 experience and customer service!
