    Returned an item. Cust.svc very friendly,helpful. Searched other item online but the one I needed was not available. Sales lady promptly refunded thru debit card which I received the next day. I've been shopping about 3 times before this visit. I do not care for some of the salespeople during those visits. I was ignored and not asked if I needed help. I'm 71 with gray hair and I was not helped. Older people are ignored in many stores. I'm guessing we are thought of as senile and asking too many questions or not understanding what is being said. People: don't ignore older customers since one day you will be in my shoes.

    It had been years about 4 since ive been here have had very negative experiences best buy in general this was no different waited for 20 min in line I was the only person in line for the online pick up when I got there then others arrived any who yes 20 min to get someone to help they all just acted like there was no one waiting when I told them all I got was okay we will be right with you and would walk away just because I needed that for a gift but any who I will continue to buy else where. Store is rather unorganized for having so many individuals working and all they seemed to care about was geek squad customers.

    Es una tienda muy grande y muy bien surtida, hay muchos aparatos electrónicos de diferentes marcas a buen precio. Es una tienda muy especializada, por lo que, si buscas aparatos electrónicos comúnes que puedes encontrar en otras tiendas, como supermercados o tiendas de moda, tal vez deberías de revisar los precios porque es probable que encuentres una oferta mejor. La característica de esta tienda es que hay muchos artículos de marcas exclusivas qué no vas a encontrar en las tiendas regulares.

    Earlier this year I purchased a monitor. The initial salesman was great taking care of me. I was even recommended by this employee to opt in to purchasing the MyTotal Bestbuy warranty due electronics being taken at the time. As said before, awesome service. I was told if any of the screens broke or mishandles occurred, that I would be covered and I believed it. Now with a broken screen monitor due to mishandling, I went to the store where purchased to see what needed to be done. Whether a fix or a replacement. It was sent off for diagnostic reasons. Cool. I then receive an email a few days later saying I’m not covered by either the manufacturer or my warranty. I then contacted an agent by calling Best Buy’s Customer Service line. To which I was told I was covered. Once again, when arriving to the store, I’m turned away with a no. But yet, I remained in good faith that Best Buy would take care of me. Now Wednesday. And speaking to 5 agents, with the 5th one hanging up on me, I received 4 confirmations of being covered out of those 5. The 3rd agent was of tremendous help who advise me to go back into the store and to have the manager call them. So I go back. I inform the manager. She proceeds to look for a cordless phone but cannot find one. Now using a wired phone, she hangs up and proceeds to tell me “YOU call them, I can’t get through.” So I did. Gladly. Still in good spirits. I understand she was busy and probably had clients upset, but I wasn’t. I was respectful and understanding. Eventually, I get ahold of the 4th agent and he asks me to pass my phone over to her. Back and forth they talk about S.O.P’s on speaker phone. She then says “You need to check it correctly before giving out wrong information.” If he was misinformed, so were the other agents and their salesman too. I was told many times from multiple employees and my initial salesman of my purchase, that I’m covered. No accountability to making matters right, no matter the loss. Misinformed employees is understandable, but it gives no excuse to morally not do what’s right to a paying customer. ***6 agents, let’s not forget about live chat agents
