Employees are really busy trying to make sales but they're always happy to help you with any questions you have even though they were really busy in the holiday season. Except one man at the turn-in counter, he didn't give me an actual price to my tablet and told me to sale somewhere else. I checked on the Best buy website and showed it to him that my tablet worth than what he said, then he let me do a turn-in at a better price. I don't know what's the reason he did that but you'd better not just be fooled.
