  I've done a lot of purchasing from Best Buy over the years and I keep coming back because they sell quality products and a great selection. I also love the fact that they are a Minnesota company!

  I had a really frustrating experience at Best Buy. I went in to return my Apple desktop so I could switch to an Apple laptop, and I was told by customer service that I had to go back home and reset the device myself because their WiFi “wasn’t good enough” to do it in store. This was especially inconvenient because I had my baby with me — I was pushing a stroller while also carrying the desktop. It felt really dismissive and unhelpful given the situation. After leaving, I called customer service and was told that they actually can assist with this in store. I ended up going to another Best Buy location, and they helped me without any issue. Definitely disappointed with the lack of support and inconsistency. I hope this location improves their customer service, especially for parents or anyone needing a little extra help.

  Went to the Verizon store in Best buy to get my phones upgraded and they didn't have any inventory but it's okay cuz they told me to go to Verizon. They have great products and I love their open box specials
