  Always good in my book. I'm surprised they're still in business with everything that is easily accessible online. Just shows you people still want a tangible place to go to. Not everything online is easier. Thank you for not closing down. We need places that we can actually go to, to resolve issue. At least kept that avenue open, allowing feedback, and growth

  The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable of products, friendly. Store was clean. I was greeted as I walked in and directed to the products I was interested in.

  I had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to Ozzy. He went above and beyond to help me exchange my phone using the customer service best buy app, answering every question I had with patience and professionalism. He made sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free, and didn't rush through anything. What really stood out was his dedication- he stayed late to ensure everything was completed properly and that I left fully satisfied. It's rare to see that level of commitment to customer service.

  If I could rate best buy 10 stars I actually would. The moment that I came in a gentleman by the name of Adrian who greeted me at the door and another unidentified female immediately assisted me and took care of what I needed. I barely had to walk to get what I was looking for because both Adrian and the other employee immediately took care of it. I highly recommend this store
