  I went in and got a new phone and that was supposed to transfer my old phone to the new one but now they didn’t and now I have two phones I have to use and I’m just I want to get out of this account

  I just called The Marble Falls store and the lady that answered the phone said that there is no one in the store that speaks English and for me to call back after 5:00 p.m. and she used the translator on her phone to make that request

  No one there speaks English, the lady had to call to connect to an English speaker. This is ridiculous, also my autopay was messed with, and caused me to have to pay an extra 20$ just to turn our phones back on. I might be switching now.
